Our Founder

Rabbi Shlomo Einhorn is a visionary in Jewish education and community leadership, renowned for his innovative approaches to teaching and engagement. With semicha and a Master’s in Education from Yeshiva University, Rabbi Einhorn began his career at Manhattan’s Lincoln Square Synagogue and later became the head Rabbi of New York’s West Side Institutional Synagogue. His unique methods revitalized the congregation, leading the Orthodox Union to establish a think tank under his leadership to develop programs for synagogues nationwide.

In 2012, Rabbi Einhorn returned to his hometown of Los Angeles to serve as the Rav and Dean of Yavneh Hebrew Academy, where his leadership brought impactful changes to the community and educational system. Known for his record-setting 19-hour Torah class, Rabbi Einhorn exemplifies a commitment to deep, engaging Jewish study. His focus on integrating traditional Jewish wisdom with modern life, especially for the youth, is reflected in his educational materials and musical projects, such as the Nagel family Lev Ladaat Chumash for teens and “Judaism Alive.”

In 2024, Rabbi Einhorn embarked on a new chapter with the founding of Shpait, a company focused on AI consulting and revolutionizing educational methodologies. This venture aligns with his lifelong mission to enhance Jewish life and learning through modern technologies and innovative approaches.
